These cross-stitched motifs have an air of tradition, yet are also bang on trend as bird motifs are so popular right now. We’ve used cross stitch to make these three ducks in woodland colours. They’re perfect for creating an eye-catching wall display for very little cost.
Stitch wall hangings
Download and print the cross stitch chart. Place aida fabric in a small embroidery hoop, making sure it is firmly in place. Start with the smallest duck. Thread a needle with two strands of orange embroidery thread. Following the chart, start at the duck’s beak using cross stitch. O
