About this pattern

Keep your feet cosy this Christmas thanks to Amanda Walker’s fluffy slippers sewing pattern.

Wrap your feet in cozy comfort this holiday season with Amanda Walker's easy-to-sew fluffy slipper pattern, with a soft jersey lining and feather trim. This festive footwear project goes together relatively quickly – just remember that accuracy in cutting is the key to achieving that professional finish. The pattern is for women’s size 5-6 but can be made larger or smaller in a jiffy by slicing the sole and the upper templates as indicated.

Essentials

  • Fabric: red two-way stretch heavy weight jersey or cotton woven fabric
  • Felt, glitter,
  • Fusible curtain buckram,
  • Curtain interlining,
  • Bias binding, red, 2.5cm,
  • Feather trim

    Top sewing tip

To stop the slippers from being slippery, dot fabric glue on the base of the soles and leave to dry thoroughly before wearing.
