    Top sewing tip

Slipstitch is a useful hand sewing technique that joins a folded edge to another piece of fabric – a must-learn for newbie stitchers! Once you’ve secured the thread to the folded edge, sew into the main garment and pick up a thread or two of material – it’s important that you only grab a couple of threads so that the stitching line is invisible.
