About this pattern

Step back into the enchanted woods with part two of Corinne Bradd’s project.

This collection includes ten easy-to-make woodland creatures – from wise owls and shy badgers to playful fairies, frogs, and foxes. Perfect for beginners, each design uses simple stitches and soft felt to help bring your new friends to life. These easy-sew characters are made to fit snugly inside the toadstool bag from part one. Stitch the whole gang and let your woodland adventure commence!

Essentials

  • Felt, assorted colours
  • Fibre filling
  • Lightweight fusible interfacing
  • Embroidery thread
  • Coloured pencil, pink
  • PVA glue

    Top sewing tip

Try out your stitch on a scrap piece of felt to get comfortable with tension and spacing. Remember to pull your stitches gently to keep the felt flat and prevent puckering.
