  • Aida band: 5cm x 1m; 3cm x 50cm
  • Hand towel, 50cm x 90cm
  • Face cloth, 30cm square
  • Six-stranded embroidery thread: orange, coral pink, cobalt blue, grey, yellow
  • Tapestry needle

    Top sewing tip

    The wider Aida band used here has 29 holes across its width, while the narrower has 14. The charted motifs have been designed to fit these two widths but could easily be adapted to fit other thread counts.
