About this pattern

Craft Corinne Bradd's cocoa-warming characters with a mixture of cotton and felt.

Picture the scene: you’re snuggled up on the sofa, hot chocolate in hand, ready to settle in and watch the latest episode of your favourite show. You’ll want your hot drink to stay warm for longer than just the opening credits, of course, so we’ve whipped up an adorable set of mug cosies to help it remain nice and toasty. Our template is based on a small child sized mug. To fit other sizes, measure the circumference and depth of the mug and add the snap fastener tabs to the end of this rectangle.

Essentials

  • Fabric, cotton: printed, plain
  • Felt, various colours
  • Quilt wadding, medium weight
  • Embroidery thread
  • Fabric glue
  • Snap fasteners
