About this pattern

This soft gingerbread man is made from a jumper and comes with his own felt Christmas tree.

Brightly-coloured polymer clay has been used to create embellishments, combined with colourful ric rac – this make is bound to bring a little festive cheer to your home this Yuletide!

  • Wool jumper or beige wool, 50cm
  • Felt: lime green, 23cm x 30cm; turquoise, scraps; white, scraps
  • Dylon fabric dye, Woodland Brown
  • Embroidery thread, lime green
  • Cutters: round, 10mm; 12mm; 17mm; 22mm; blossom, 15mm; 25mm
  • Ric rac: pink; baby pink; turquoise
  • Ribbon: satin, green, 5mm wide; blue, 10mm
