    Top quilting tip

For accurate half square triangles (HSTs), always cut your fabric squares slightly larger than needed, then trim down to size after stitching and pressing. Use a scant ¼” seam and press seams open for flatter blocks. Consistent trimming ensures perfect points and makes piecing your quilt top a breeze!
