About this pattern

Turn a traditional Dresden plate quilt block into a gorgeous child’s skirt that can be custom-made to fit your little one.

You’ll need fat quarters in a selection of co-ordinating colours, patterns and prints. The elasticated waist means the skirt can be sized to fit any age, just cut more or fewer panels to fit the circumference of your skirt. Finish the look with decorative tassels.

  • Fabric: Printed cotton, fat quarters & Plain cotton magenta
  • Elastic: White, 2cm wide
  • Bias binding
  • Large buttons, round, heart shaped
  • Safety pin
